1.  Yamawake（以下、本Dappという）は、匿名の開発チームを主体とする有志の集いによって構築されました。 特定の人物、団体、その他あらゆる定義の主体に於いて、管理責任や保証はありません。
2. 本Dapp及び関連するプロトコル等の利用によるすべての結果は、利用者自身の責任です。
3. 本Dappは、開発者、ユーザー、ステークホルダー他あらゆる関係者もその動作に対して特別な権利や権限を有しておらず、自然物と同様に機能します。
4. あらゆる不具合、バグ、クラッキング、エクスプロイトなどの発生によって、資金の100％を失う可能性があります。失うことのできない資金を用いて本Dappを利用しないでください。
5. 本Dappは（ライセンス）に基づくOSS（オープンソースソフトウェア）です。　Githubリンク
6. 本Dappはあらゆる法域、国家等の保護下にはありません。
7. 本Dappのアップグレード又は修正等はYamawake DAO Token（YMWK）によるトークン投票ガバナンスによってその採否が決まります。あらゆるアイディアやコードの提案はOSSとして常に歓迎されます。
8. 本Dappと相互作用する拡張的なプロトコルは「７」でのトークン投票ガバナンスの適用外であり、開発は自由です（例えばコントラクトをwrapして拡張したDapp等）。
